GENERAL INFORMATION

Winter Wine Festival is hosted at Crooked River Estate, situated in Gerringong on the beautiful New South Wales south coast.

Join us this June long weekend on Saturday June 6th and Sunday June 7th!

Gates will open 11:00AM each day. Best to arrive nice and early before the crowds arrive!

The event is for ages 18+.

This is an outdoor event! Don’t forget to rug up and bring lots of layers to keep you warm.

Be prepared for all weather: sunscreen & hats for the sunshine, a raincoat and gumboots in case of rain!

The venue is situated on a grassy hill, appropriate footwear is strongly recommended (no heels).

Yes, Winter Wine Festival is a cashless event. All bars, merch and food stalls will have Eftpos available, please come prepared.

Yes, Winter Wine Festival merchandise and Artist merchandise will be available to purchase.

Chairs and picnic rugs are permitted, however please be mindful of others whilst setting up on the day. You may be asked to relocate if you are blocking any walkways.

Bag checks will be conducted upon entry.

Crooked River Estate has a strict NO PASS OUT POLICY; once you leave the venue, you will not be able to re-enter. You CANNOT return to your car if you have forgotten an item. Bring everything with you that you need while at the event.

A shared space is provided for wheelchair access in both VIP & GA areas with access to an AWC toilet. A separate wheelchair entry is provided for ease of access. Please make yourself known to traffic controllers on arrival. 

GETTING THERE

11 Willowvale Road, Gerringong NSW 2534

Your ticket includes a complimentary return shuttle service from Kiama, Gerringong, Gerroa and Berry. Shuttles will run on a continuous loop, starting from 10:45am, allowing you to arrive in time for gates opening and through the afternoon, with return services operating until close so you can enjoy the full festival experience.

Trains leave Wollongong Station, stopping at all stops, with a change at Kiama before arriving in Gerringong. See below best times:

Yes. Afterpay ‘Pay in 4’ with no interest and no late fees is available as a payment option when you purchase your tickets through Moshtix.

Yes, absolutely! Your ticket must match your valid ID. Name change services are available through Moshtix.

Refunds are guided by the Ticketing Terms and Conditions. As a general principle, there are no refunds on tickets except as required by law and/or as specified by the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.

Official ticket resale and name change services are available through Moshtix.

If you’re having issues locating your ticket check your spam/junk/promotions folder first. If you are unable to locate your ticket in any of those folders, you can check your active tickets on your Moshtix account page and hit reissue, where they will be sent to your registered email address again. If you purchased your ticket using a guest account, you can create a Moshtix account using the email address used to buy the tickets and they will be listed on your new account.

If you are still having trouble locating your tickets, you will need to get in touch with Moshtix directly so they can resolve the issue.
