TERMS & CONDITIONS

Each villa booking during the Winter Wine Festival includes:

  • Four VIP 2-day Festival Tickets
    Located in new restaurant and bar (first use!), Direct to stage viewing, Undercover bars with heating, Plenty of toilets, VIP entry, Chef-prepared Canapes from 2pm to 3pm, and later supper.
  • Accommodation for 4 people for 2 nights
    Spacious deck with sightlines to festival stage, 2 King bedrooms, each with ensuite, full kitchen, open-plan living and dining areas, plunge pool (heated to 30 degrees), air-conditioning
  • 10am check-in Saturday, 2pm check-out Monday
  • Heater on decks of the villa
  • One complimentary bottle of sparkling wine per day of stay
  • One on-site parking pass per villa
  • One continental breakfast tray

VIP tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. Lost tickets will not be replaced.

If you have already purchased GA or VIP tickets and wish to purchase this accommodation package, your original tickets will be fully refunded.

The Villas are located outside the fenced festival area. No pass-outs are permitted from the main licensed festival grounds. One entry to the festival grounds is permitted per day, re-entry is not permitted.

Each villa is allocated one parking pass. Vehicles must display the pass at all times. Crooked River Estate is not responsible for damage or loss.

Standard accommodation terms apply:

  • Bond of $500 (as pre-authorisation against credit card, not charged). Bond will be released 5 days after arrival
  • The booking holder is liable for any damage or excessive cleaning
  • Report any damage on arrival
  • No smoking or vaping allowed inside the villas
  • Guests use the plunge pool, decks, balconies and all outdoor areas at their own risk. The Owner is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from use of these areas
  • No glass inside the pool area – use of plasticware provided
  • Occupancy limit of 4 guests per villa
  • No pets allowed
  • 1 car parking space per villa

Service of alcohol complies with NSW RSA laws. Intoxicated guests may be refused service or entry to the Festival grounds.

Crooked River Estate reserves the right to amend packages due to unforeseen circumstances.

Guests attend at their own risk. Crooked River Estate is not liable except where required by law.
